본 연구는 매체의 변화에 따른 몸의 재해석을 통해 디지털 매체의 속성과 축제성을 관련지어 21세기 축제의 필요성을 나름대로 읽어보고자 하는 시도이다. 21세기 문화예술 관점의 이동처럼，일상적인 생활공간을 문화공간으로 삼는축제를 통해 새로운 문화지형의 지평을 열 수 있다는 가설을 설정하여，먼저 축제란 무엇인가에 대한 의미와 내재된 속성을 살펴보고，원형적인 축제성을 되새긴다. 그리고 축제의 두드러지는 특징으로 소통의 의미를 몸을 통해 탐구한다. 현대인의 몸이 가상공간과 현실공간을 능가할 힘으로 펼쳐지면서 새로운 몸의해석을 가능케 하는데 매체의 영향을 아니 말할 수 없다. 매체의 발달과정에서몸의 재해석이 가능하였고，그러한 몸은 소통의 주체로써 축제와 매체를 연결 지을 수 있다. 그리하여 디지털 매체의 속성과 근원적인 축제성의 상관관계를 살펴21세기 문화기획자의 시대에 걸 맞는 올바른 기획자로서의 역할에 대해 생각해본다. 21세기 문화기획자는 성공적인 축제기획을 위하여 단순히 경제적 효과와 수치적 결과에만 가치를 두며 판단하는 것이 아니라，인문학•미학적 소양을 겸비하여 일상 속 축제가 가능하도록 기획하는 것이 무엇보다 필요하다. 현대 축제의양상이 사회•경제적 조건변화의 산물이라는 것이 분명해진 이상，진정한 일상의축제화는 축제이념이 가졌던 ‘해방된 삶’을 ‘지금 여기에’ 실현시키는 것이 중요하다. 오늘날 인터넷은 접속하는 현대인들에게 접촉으로 나아가는 도구가 되며， 바로 디지털 매체가 지닌 한 속성이 예전의 자발적이고 체험적인 축제성을 ‘지금여기에’ 실현시킬 수 있는 한 방편이 될 것이다. 이러한 연구는 축제가 이 시대의 중요한 예술형태의 하나로 인간과 인간을 소통시키는 중추적 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한，현실세계와 가상세계를연결하는 몸과 디지털 매체의 순기능은 접속이 접촉으로 나아가는 또 다른 문화운동의 한 방향으로 그 가치가 논의될 수 있을 것이며，디지털시대 소통과 표현매체로써 춤의 대중화를 위한 기초 작업이라 할 수 있다.
Abstract
Because of the change of media, modem people are living by respecting their individuality. Their lives reflect their wills and their body express themselves. People have held a festival for expressing themselves and communicating with others. So this study represent about the need for festival through media attribute connected with a festival attribute. As the point of view of the 21st century culture art changes, they will open new doors of festivals. First they will find the meaning of what is a festival. And they will study the meaning of communication, the main character of a festival, through their body. Modern people's bodies affect media. It enable a new analysis of the body. During the process of media development, it is possible to reinterpret about body. Such body are connected with a festival and media. Through the relation between digital media attribute and original festival attribute, they will think about the role of the right planner. This study expect that a festival will be able to play a pivotal role as one of the important art form in this era. It interact between humans. Furthermore, the attribute between body and a digital media connecting the real world and the virtual one can be discussed in the direction of a cultural movement. It is the basic stage for the popularization of dance as a communication and a express media in the digital era.
