기업교육 강사의 직업 정체성에 관한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구의 목적은 기업교육 강사로서 특히 강의와 관련하여 자신의 역할을 어떻게 명 료화해 나가는지, 무엇을 중시 여기고, 자신의 직업에 어떤 의미를 부여하는지에 대해 탐구하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 4명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 내러티브 탐구 절차에 따라 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 기업교육 강사들은 다양한 강의를 진행하고 경험하 는 과정에서 비로소 자신만의 강의 분야를 정하게 되며, 자신의 강점을 토대로 전문성을 키우고, 강의할 때 최우선으로 두는 것은 학습자인 것으로 드러났다. 특히 학습자에게 동기부여 및 실제적 도움 주기를 강조하고 학습자의 요구에 적합한 강의를 하기 위해 노력하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업교육 강사라는 직업에 대해 경제적 가치 이상의 가 치- 진정성, 보람, 전문가 지향 등-를 부여하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과 를 토대로 기업교육 강사가 수행하는 프로그램 개발, 적용, 평가에 이르는 전체 과정에 대한 연구, 공인된 기업교육 강사 프로그램 개발 등을 추후 연구 문제로 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore how to clarify one's role as a corporate education instructor, what to value, and what meaning to give to one's job. For this purpose, the research was conducted according to the narrative inquiry procedure targeting 4 research participants. As a result of the study, it was revealed that corporate education instructors decide their own field of teaching in the process of experiencing lectures, nurturing professionalism based on their strengths, and giving priority to learners. In particular, the emphasis was placed on motivating learners and providing practical help, and efforts were made to provide lectures suitable for learners' needs. In addition, it was found that the job of a corporate education instructor was given more than economic value. Based on these research results, research on the entire process from program development, application, and evaluation performed by corporate education instructors, exploration of specific corporate education situations, and development of certified corporate education instructor programs were proposed as future research issues.
