임포스터 현상이 번아웃에 미치는 영향: 완벽하게 하라 드라이버에 의해 조절된 평가염려완벽주의의 매개효과

초록

본 연구는 국내 기업에 근무하고 있는 성인 직장인들을 대상으로 임포스터 현상과 번아웃의 관계에서 완벽하게하라 드라이버에 의해 조절된 평가염려완벽주의의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 전국의 남녀 20~69세 직장인이었으며 임포스터 척도, 번아웃 척도, 완벽하게 하라 드라이버 척도, 평가염려완벽주의 척도의 자료를 온라인 설문을 통해 수집하였다. 온라인 설문을 통해 수집한 총 400명의 응답을 최종 분석에 활용하였고, 수집한 자료에 대하여 SPSS 29와 SPSS Macro 4를 사용하여 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 임포스터 경향이 클수록 평가염려 완벽주의가 증가함으로써 번아웃을 높이는 매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 완벽하게하라 드라이버의 수준이 높을수록 평가염려 완벽주의가 임포스터 경향과 번아웃의 관계를 매개하는 영향이 강화되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 직장인의 임포스터 현황을 밝히고 직장인의 번아웃에 대한 개입에 있어 유용한 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 상담 현장에 대한 시사점을 논의하였으며, 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to confirm the mediating effect of evaluative concerns perfectionism controlled by the Be-Perfect Driver in the relationship between the imposter phenomenon and burnout for adult office workers in domestic companies. The subjects of this study were office workers aged 20 to 69 across the country collected through an online survey, and data were collected using the Imposter Scale, Burnout Scale, Be-Perfect Driver Scale, and Evaluative concerns perfectionism Scale. A total of 400 responses collected through an online survey were used for the final analysis, and the collected data were conducted using the SPSS 29 program and SPSS Macro 4. Looking at the analysis results, first, the higher the imposter phenomenon, the higher the evaluative concerns perfectionism, resulting in a mediating effect of increasing burnout. Second, the higher the level of the Be-Perfect Driver, the stronger the influence of the evaluative concerns perfectionism on the relationship between the imposter phenomenon and burnout. The results of this study are expected to be able to reveal the current status of the imposter of domestic office workers and provide useful data for the intervention of office workers in burnout. Based on the research results, the significance of the study and implications for the counseling site were discussed, and limitations and suggestions for further research were presented.
