대학상담사의 역전이 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 대학 상담센터 상담사가 상담 과정에서 경험하는 역전이 현상과 대학생 자녀를 둔 상담사의 경험 간의 연결점을 탐구하며, 상담사가 상담 현장에서 발생하는 역전이를 어떻게 인식하고 그 의미를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대학 상담센터에서 상담 경력 5년 이상인 상담사 3명을 대상으로 최종 인터뷰를 하였다. 자료 분석은 A. Giorgi의 현상학적 방법론을 사용하여 참여자들의 주관적 심리적 경험을 깊이 있게 탐구하였다. 분석 과정에서 연구 참여자들의 핵심적인 진술이 포함된 129개의 의미단위, 39개의 하위 범주, 9개 범주가 도출되었다. Giorgi의 자료 분석을 통해 도출된 주제 범주는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 내담자의 성격 특성으로 인한 역전이, 둘째, 대학생 내담자의 가정환경 특성으로 인한 역전이, 셋째, 대학상담사의 역할 혼란으로 인한 역전이, 넷째, 대학상담사 역동과 관련된 역전이 반응, 다섯째, 대학생 상담 진행 방향의 역전이 긍정성, 여섯째, 역전이 관리를 통한 대학상담사 성장, 일곱째, 역전이 해결을 위한 대학상담사의 노력, 여덟째, 대학상담사가 지각하는 역전이의 의미, 아홉째, 전문성 향상을 통한 욕구 실현이다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 대학생 상담사들이 역전이를 깊이 이해하고 이를 상담 과정에서 대학생 내담자를 돕는데 유용한 도구로 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 대학교 상담센터에서 역전이 극복을 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
This study explores the connection between the countertransference phenomenon experienced by university counseling center counselors during the counseling process and the experiences of counselors with college children, and aims to reveal how counselors recognize countertransference that occurs in counseling settings and reveal its meaning. Do it. For this purpose, a final interview was conducted with three counselors with more than 5 years of counseling experience at a university counseling center. Data analysis used A. Giorgi’s phenomenological methodology to deeply explore the subjective psychological experiences of the participants. During the analysis process, 129 meaning units, 39 subcategories, and 9 categories containing key statements of research participants were derived. The thematic categories derived through Giorgi’s data analysis are as follows. First, countertransference due to the college student client’s personality characteristics, second, countertransference due to the college student client’s home environment characteristics, third, countertransference due to confusion in the role of the college counselor, fourth, countertransference reaction related to the college counselor’s dynamics, Fifth, countertransference positivity in the direction of college student counseling, sixth, growth of college counselors through countertransference management, seventh, college counselors’ efforts to resolve countertransference, eighth, meaning of countertransference as perceived by college counselors, ninth, professionalism It is the realization of desire through improvement. Through the results of this study, college student counselors can deeply understand countertransference and use it as a useful tool to help college students during the counseling process. In addition, the university counseling center attempted to suggest directions for overcoming countertransference.
