이 논문은 개혁주의 생명신학의 관점에서 백석신학대학원 재학생들과 2015,6학년도 졸업생들을 대상으로 목회정보에 관한 설문을 토대로 목회지원센터의 역할과 향후 방향에 대한 제언을 담았다. 논문을 위한 자료는 2016년 5월 백석신학대학원생과 2015,2016년 졸업생을 포함한 919명의 목회정보설문을 분석해서 사용했습니다. 이 설문을 통해서 개혁주의 생명신학의 관점에서 백석목회지원센터가 실행하고 있는 프로그램에 대한 효율성과 선호도 그리고 평가를 통해서 목회지원센터의 역할과 향후 사역의 방향을 점검하고 확인하여 발전시켜 나아가는 것이 중요함을 인식하는 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라 향후의 사역의 방향에서는 현장의 목회가 매우 실제적인 내용과 역할을 강조하기 때문에 보다 실용적인 프로그램을 통해서 정규교과 과정을 보완해 나감으로서 신학대학원의 학문성과 아울러 실용성을 높이는데 도움이 되게 하는 것이다. 현대는 통계의 중요성이 강조되기 때문에 매년 정기적으로 재학생과 졸업생들을 대상으로 한 목회정보를 수집, 분석하여 정규 교과과정 혹은 비정규교과과정을 통해서 보다 양질의 목회자를 양성하는 교육기관으로서의 역할을 강화하는 활용하는 방안의 모색의 필요성을 인식하게 됩니다. 또한 실제적인 목회 훈련의 장으로 인턴십 활성화의 필요성이 대두되고 있습니다. 이를 위한 교계, 학교, 그리고 학생들과의 원활한 대화를 통해서 하루빨리 이러한 프로그램들이 정착되기를 기대한다.

Ⅰ. Introduction This thesis contains the suggestions of the roles and future directions of Baekseok Pastoral Support Center on the basis of the collected pastoral information, which was accumulated through surveying the 919 enrolled students and graduate classes of 2015/16. Ⅱ. Purpose of the Thesis 1. Provide pastoral information for the enrolled students and 2015/16 graduate classes of Baekseok Graduate School of Theology 2. The current state of Baekseok Pastoral Support Center at Baekseok Graduate School of Theology) 3. The program evaluation and preferences of Baekseok Pastoral Support Center 4. Improve the future direction of ministry of Baekseok Pastoral Support Center Ⅲ. Method of Study 1. Bibliography 2. Analyze the survey results of the 919 enrolled students and graduate classes of 2015 and 16 Ⅳ. The current ministry situation of Baekseok Pastoral Support Center 1.
