연구 목적: 이 연구는 유아교육과 남학생의 교우관계 경험을 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 귀납적 범주분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구참여자는 7명이었고, 유아교육과 남학생의 교우관계 경험은 3개의 범주와 11개의 하위범주로 도출되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 논문의 연구결과는 첫째, 낯선 청일점의 삶은 관심의 대상, 무시당하는 신뢰도 낮은 대상, 오해의 대상, 봉사해야 하는 대상이다. 둘째, 이해하기 힘든 여자들의 세계는 한번 다투면 끝, 무조건 편을 가르는 분위기, 밀고 당기기의 달인, 세분화된 여자 그룹이다. 셋째, 여자들의 세계에 녹아들기는 캐릭터 바꾸기, 다양한 그룹과 관계맺기, 적당한 거리두기이다. 이에 본 연구는 남학생들이 교우관계에서 겪는 경험을 이해하고 공감함으로써 향후 남학생의 학과 적응도를 높이고 중도탈락을 예방하기 위한 자료로 제공될 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the peer relationship experiences of male students in the Department of Early Childhood Education. In-depth interviews were utilized, and an inductive thematic analysis method was employed for analysis. There were 7 participants in the study, and the research results were derived in 3 categories and 11 sub-categories. First, The life of unfamiliar outliers is the subject of curiosity, a disregarded and less trusted entity, and a target that requires service. Second, the world of complex women, which can be difficult to understand, is characterized by a tendency to settle arguments once and for all, an atmosphere of taking sides without exception, and a mastery of pushing and pulling. It is a world of segmented female groups. Third, Adapting to the world of women involves changing characters, forming relationships with diverse groups, and maintaining appropriate boundaries. Therefore, this study can be provided as data to increase male students’ adaptability to the department and prevent dropout in the future by understanding and empathizing with the experiences of male students in friendship with female students.
