성찬 의례는 다양한 함축적 의미가 있다. 이 의미들은 현재의 교회와 현 시대에 맞는 기독교 신앙의 메시지를 담아 유의미한 성찬 의례를 수행할 수 있다. 이 같은 다양한 성찬 의미는 성찬 본연의 자체적인 의미에서 파생된 성찬의 유비적 메타포 의미로서 성찬 이미지의 내재적 함축성을 드러낸 것이다. 그러나 이처럼 풍성한 성찬 의례의 의미는 어떤 면에서 성찬 본래의 원초적 의미를 반복적으로 수행하는 성찬 본연의 지속성을 약화시킬 수 있다. 하지만 교회 공동체는 주님께서 말씀하신 성찬 의미에 대한 핵심을 지속적으로 유지해야 하는 사명이 있다. 이는 예수 그리스도께서 성서에 명시한 성찬의미 자체이며, 교회 공동체가 성찬에 있는 신앙적 핵심 가치를 보존해야 할 중대한 의무이자 성찬 의미의 표준적 함의이다. 성찬 의례의 기원은 성서에 기록된 예수 그리스도의 ‘최후의 만찬’에 있다. 성찬 기원에 대한 이런 관점은, 종교개혁 정신인 '오직 성서' 에서도 일관성 있게 수용되는 신학적 실천이 된다. 개혁교회는 올해 종교개혁 500주년을 맞이하는 뜻 깊은 신앙 축제의 해를 맞는다. 종교개혁 500주년을 맞이하는 개혁교회는 종교개혁 정신인 ‘오직 성서’ 안에서 ‘말씀’과 ‘보이는 말씀으로서의 성찬’에 대한 핵심을 다시금 확인하고, 지속력 있는 성찬 본연의 의미를 더욱 깊이 되새겨야 한다. 이것이 개혁교회 공동체가 성서 안에서 성찬에 대한 종교개혁 정신을 이어받는 진정성 있는 성실한 응답이 될 것이다. 성찬은 다양한 유비적 메타포 적용으로 파생되는 풍성한 의미를 내포할 수 있다. 하지만, 성찬은 그 자체가 가진 실재적인 핵심으로서의 표준적 함의가 있다. 그것은 ‘성찬 제1의 의미’로서 예수 그리스도께서 직접적으로 명시한 주님의 몸과 피에 관한 것이며, 이것은 성찬의 다양한 유비적 파생의 의미들인 ‘성찬 제2의 의미’와 차별되는 우선성을 확보한다. 이 같은 성찬 의례에 있는 ‘성찬 의미의 우선성’은 최초 성찬의 역사에서 시작되어 현재의 성찬과 미래의 성찬 수행까지 변함없는 성찬 의례의 표준적 함의로서 개혁교회 성찬의 표준과 그 핵심적 의미에 따른 성찬 수행의 지속성을 유지할 수 있는 교회 공동체 성찬의 근거가 된다.
Abstract
The Eucharist ritual has various implications. These meanings convey the message of the Christian faith in the present Church and the present age. And it perform meaningful sacrament rites in the Church. These various sacramental meanings are derived from the original meaning of the Eucharist. This reveals the inherent implications of the sacrament image as the equivalent metaphor of the Eucharist. However, the meaning of this abundant sacrament ritual can weaken the original meaning of the Eucharist. But the Church community has a mission to maintain the core of the Lord's meaning of the Eucharist. It is a Eucharist in itself mean that Jesus Christ is stated in the Bible. This is the faith core value that the Church community must maintain in the Eucharist. This is the standard implication of the Eucharist. The origin of the Eucharistic ritual is in the "Last Supper" of Jesus Christ recorded in the Bible. This view of the Eucharist origins is a theological practice that is consistently accepted in the spirit of the Reformation, "Only the Bible". The Reformed Church has a year of faithful festivals that celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. The Reformed Church, which has the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, should rethink the spirit of the Reformation with the understanding of the 'Word' and 'The Eucharist as a visible Word' on 'Only the Bible,' and to further deepen the meaning of the lasting Eucharist. This will be the authentic response that the Reformed Church community will take over the spirit of Reformation in the Bible for the Eucharist. The Eucharist may involve a rich meaning that is applied to a variety of analogical metaphor derives from there. However, the Eucharist has its own standard implications. It is about the Body and the Blood of the Lord, which Jesus Christ directly designate as "The First meaning of the Eucharist." This is a special difference from the 'second sense of Eucharist,' that is, the diverse meanings of the interpretation of the Eucharist's metaphor. This "Priority of the Eucharist Meaning" forms the basis of the communion of the Church community that can sustain the continuation to the Sacrament Eucharist as the Standard implication of the history of the first Eucharist, the present Eucharist, and the future of the Eucharist.
