사극 드라마에 나타난 조선시대 내관복식에 관한 연구

Abstract

The origin of Eunuches starts from United Shilla period and became popular passing the Goryu dynasty's under the Wien occupation period. It became less popular at the end of the Goryu dynasty, then it went to it's systematization during the Joseon dynasty. Costume of Eunuches was similar to official's costume, for the official robe it used Hungbae like the rank of civilian officials. Until the end of the Joseon dynasty the Samo(official hat) wore the shape that has an angle and boots and belt were wore. This study looked over three dramas, KBS's 'King Sejong', SBS's 'King and I' which made eunuches as a main character and MBC's 'Isan' about historical dramas used the correct historical evidence about eunuches’s costume. For KBS's 'King Sejong' it was consulted about costume is using the historical evidence correctly. So eunuches and the main character's costume was correctly expressed by the situation and situation. For SBS's 'King and I', it's main character was eunuches so it's costume was different by the role and situation of eunuches, but Samo's shape and some costume's modern design was different from the same period costume. Eunuches's wearing of official robe and Samo's historical evidence weren't correct for MBC's 'Isan’. By this, it is needed to correct the distorted information about eunuches's Samo.
