초등 교원양성대학 평생교육 교직과목 편성·운영 사례 탐색: 강의계획서 분석에 기초하여

본 연구는 초등 교원양성 교육의 차원에서 초등 교원양성대학 커리큘럼의 일환으로서 평생교육 관련 교과목이 어떻게 운영되는지에 대해 탐색하고, 초등 예비 교사들이 평생교육 관련 교직과목을 통해 교사로서 역량과 소양을 함양할수 있도록 제언하기 위한 목적에서 이뤄졌다. 이에 기초하여, 본 연구는 초등 교원양성대학의 평생교육 관련 교직과목운영에 대해 강의계획서 고찰을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 전국 초등 교원양성대학 커리큘럼을 검토하여 평생교육 관련교직과목 개설 현황을 확인하였으며, 이를 토대로 평생교육 관련 교직과목을 개설, 운영하는 대학의 강의계획서를 비교, 분석하였다. 교과목명, 목표(개요), 평생교육 내용 현황, 편성형태, 학점 시수, 주교재, 강의 전담 교수의 전공 분야및 관심사 그리고 강의내용을 준거로 하여 분석하였으며, 평생교육 관련 교직과목 운영에 관한 다양한 사항들을 세부적으로 파악하였다. 이를 통해 초등 교원양성대학의 평생교육 관련 교직과목 운영 현황에 대해 심층적으로 파악하여, 현재 평생교육 관련 교직과목이 어떠한 형태와 내용으로 구성되어 있는지를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이러한 작업은 초등 교원양성 교육에 관해 교직이론으로서 평생교육 교직과목의 역할과 가능성을 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 하여 초등 교원양성대학에서의 평생교육 관련 교직과목 운영의 현황과 의미, 그리고 교직과목 운영의내실화를 위한 제언에 대해 정리하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore how teaching profession courses about lifelong education are operated as the part of the curriculum of elementary school teachers training college in terms of elementary school teacher training education, and to suggest that elementary school pre-service teachers can cultivate their competence and literacy as teachers through lifelong education-related teaching subjects. This study focused on the review of syllabuses on the operation of teaching profession courses about lifelong education in elementary school teachers training college. The curriculum of all elementary school teachers training college were reviewed to confirm the current status of teaching profession courses about lifelong education, and based on this, the syllabuses of universities that operate teaching profession courses about lifelong education were compared and analyzed. Based on the subject name, objectives(overview), the current status of lifelong education content and so on were analyzed in detail. Through this, it was possible to understand in-depth the current status of teaching profession courses about lifelong education at elementary school teachers training college and examine the current form and content of teaching profession courses about lifelong education. The results of this study can provide a clue to understanding the role and meaning of teaching profession courses about lifelong education as elementary school teacher training education in elementary school teachers training colleges.
