연구 목적: 이 연구는 발현성인기의 자아정체감이 스마트폰 의존도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 자아정체감과 스마트폰 의존도의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 한국아동청소년패널조사의 7차 자료를 사용했으며, 스마트폰을 보유한 1,863명의 자료를 활용했다. 분석은 SPSS 26과 Process macro를 활용하여 회귀분석과 매개분석을 실시했다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 자아정체감이 자아탄력성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아탄력성이 스마트폰 의존도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아정체감이 스마트폰 의존도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아정체감과 스마트폰 의존도의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 부분 매개효과를 확인했다. 결론 및 제언: 발현성인기 스마트폰 의존도 감소를 위해 자아정체감과 자아탄력성을 함께 제공하는 방안을 제안했다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of ego-identity on smartphone dependence in emerging adulthood and to verify the mediating effect of ego-resilience in the relationship between ego-identity and smartphone dependence. As for the research method, the 7th data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey was used, and the data of 1,863 people with smartphones were used. As for the analysis method, regression analysis and mediation analysis were conducted using SPSS 26 and Process macro. The main results of the study are, first, that ego-identity has a positive effect on ego-resilience. Second, it was found that ego-resilience has a negative effect on smartphone dependence. Third, it was found that ego-identity has a negative effect on smartphone dependence. Fourth, the partial mediating effect of ego resilience was confirmed in the relationship between ego-identity and smartphone dependence. In conclusion, we proposed a plan to provide ego-identity and ego-resilience together in order to reduce smartphone dependence in emerging adulthood.
