본 연구는 교사양성과정에 수학중인 예비유아교사들의 유아동작교육 교과목에 대한 수강자의 인식 및 만족도 조사에 대해서 보고자하는 것이고, 이 인식이 전공학과별, 이수과목수별에 따라 인식이 달라지는지를 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서 밝히고자 한 인식영역은 유아동작교육의 중요성 및 필요성, 유아동작교육에 대한 만족도와 요구 등이었다. 연구대상은 부산광역시 소재 B 대학의 아동복지보육과와 유아특수재활과에 재학 중인 1학년 학생 100명이었다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 예비유아교사들의 인식수준을 알아보기 위해서는 평균과표준편차를 산출하였고, 전공학과별 및 이수과목수별에 따른 인식차이는 t-검증과 일원변량분석을 각기 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 유아동작교육의 중요성 및 필요성에 대한 인식수준은 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 전공학과별, 이수과목수별 인식수준에서는 유의한 차이가 없었고, 유아동작교육에 대한 만족도와 요구의 인식수준은 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 전공학과별 인식수준에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 이수과목수별 인식에 있어서는 1과목 및 2과목을 이수한 예비유아교사들이 3과목이상을 이수한 예비유아교사보다 이론적 지식이 더 필요하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of preservice early childhood teachers taking a course in early childhood movement education as one of teacher training courses about that course, their satisfaction level with it and any possible gaps among their awareness according to their major and the number of courses taken. It's specifically meant to investigate their awareness of the importance and necessity of early childhood movement education, satisfaction level with it and needs for that. The subjects in this study were 100 freshmen at B college located in the city of Busan, who were in the department of child welfare and care and in the department of early childhood special rehabilitation. As for data analysis, statistical data on mean and standard deviation were obtained to find out their awareness, and t-test and one-way ANOVA were utilized to see whether there would be any gaps among their awareness according to their major and the number of courses taken. The findings of the study were as follows: In regard to awareness of the importance and necessity of early childhood movement education, the preservice teachers put a great deal of emphasis on the importance and necessity of it. There were no significant gaps in that regard according to major and the number of courses taken. They were satisfied with that course and had a lot of needs for that, and there were no significant gaps according to major. By the number of courses taken, however, the preservice early childhood teachers who completed one or two courses considered it more necessary to acquire theoretical knowledge than the others who completed three or more courses.
