황토주택의 거주선호도 조사연구 － 대구광역시 칠곡지역 거주자를 대상으로 －

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to inform the direction of technically developing Hwangtoh as a material for residential construction through analysis of residential preference of the Hwangtoh house and construction preference of utilizing Hwangtoh mortar. It is focused on Daegu citizens who live at Chil-Gok district area in Daegu metropolitan city. According to this study, the best strength of Hwangtoh house is good quality of indoor air. Specially, female and a member of family that has a patient of environmental disease showed the highest response. But the responses showed that the weakest point of Hwangtoh house is high cost for construction, and the second weakness is difficulty of maintenance and management of it. In the case of residential preference in Hwangtoh house people who have spouses prefer to live in a Hwangtoh house than people who don't have, and people who had been lived in a idyllic house prefer to live in a Hwangtoh house than people who had not. Specially, the family who has more than 5 members expressively showed higher residential preference than the family who has below 3 members. Furthermore, the people who live in detached house prefer to live in Hwangtoh house meaningfully than the people who live in multi-unit dwelling house. Also, in the case of preference of using Hwangtoh mortar, people who have a family member of environmental disease patient, and had been lived in a idyllic house prefer to build significantly high than others who don't have a environmental disease patient as a family member and had not been lived in a country house. And, we can find out people who live in a detached house prefer to build Hwangtoh mortar than who live in a multiplex housing or multi-unit dwelling house, too.
