Abstract
This research examines the possibility of Regional Economic Communities(RECs) with in Sub Saharan Africa(SSA) area. To do that, we analyse the economic growth decision factors in SSA area, economic effects of RECs on SSA area and effects of international trading parter countries on REC. Firstly, it is revealed that, through the analysis of local economic growth, population or human capital index has positive relationship with economic growth. Also there are negative relationship factors such as country capital formation, openness of economy, FDA and ODA. Secondly, in the analysis of impact of RECs on SSA, economic growth of COMESA, SACU, EAC has positive influence on that of SSA area. Thirdly, we do research the leverage of neighboring international trading partner countries to the economic community where they are in the view point of economy vitalizations of RECs. And we have the result that the relationship between them is positive. Therefore we suggest building infrastructures for both human and material, developing the logistics for the interior countries and managing and integrating resources to expect to develope sustainable economic strategies with integration.
