본 연구는 수도권 지역 여성들의 자궁근종절제술 후 재발 방지를 위한 자연치유법에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 있다. 자료는 K 지역에 2개 종합병원 부인과에 내원한 환자들 126명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 13부터 6월 27일까지 설문 및 면접조사를 하였다. 자연치유법 이용 전후의 환자샹태의 비교는 t-test를 이용하였다. 반면 자연치료 적용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자궁근종의 가족력이 있는 경우가 38.9%로 가족력이 없는 경우의 61.1% 보다 낮았다. 둘째, 운동치료는 스트레칭이 32.5%, 걷기운동이 27.8%, 케켈운동이 25.4% 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자연치료법 이용 전의 환자상태의 평균은 2.75점이었으며 적용한 후 환자상태의 평균은 4.18점으로 유의하게 향상되었다(t=-3.75, p<.05). 넷째, 자연치료 적용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 효과성(β=0.431, p<.01), 적용기간(β=0.125, p<.001), 스트레스(β=0.118, p<.01)로 나타났다. 도출된 결과를 통해 자궁근종절제술 후 재발 예방을 위해 과학적으로 검증된 효과 및 부작용에 대한 정보를 제공하는 것이 필요할 것이라 본다.
Abstract
This study was performed to identify the factors influencing on natural therapy methods for the prevention of recurrence after myomectomy of women in metropolitan areas. Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 126 patients who visited two general hospitals which were located in K area. Comparison of the patient status before and after natural therapy was used with t-test. Factors affecting natural treatment application were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the number of cases in which subjects have family history of uterine myoma was 38.9%, lower than 61.1% in cases where there is no family history. Secondly, exercise therapy was followed by stretching 32.5%, walking 27.8%, and kegel 25.4%. Thirdly, the average before application of natural treatment was 2.75 points and the average after application of natural treatment of the patient's condition was improved to 4.18 points(t=-3.75, p<.05). Fourthly, factors affecting the application of natural therapy have been shown as effectiveness(β=0.431, p<.01), application period(β=0.125, p<.001) and stress(β=0.118, p<.01). From the data derived, it is necessary to provide information on scientifically validated effects and side effects to prevent recurrence after myomectomy.
