인공임신중절과 생식기술의 생명윤리 문제 연구

인공임신 중절과 생식 의료기술에 관한 논의는 중절을 규제하는 법률을 반대하며, 그 부당성을 주장한다. 그러나 국가의 강제에 대한 개인의 사생활을 주장하는 입장과의 대립이 되고 있다. 따라서 장애를 지닌 태아를 중절할 것인가, 아니할 것인가, 남녀의 성 선별을 할 것인가, 아니할 것인가의 판단은 그 당사자의 가치관에 맡겨져야 한다고 주장한다. 그러나 의식적 존재자에 국한된 인간이해가 실제로 우리 가운데 많은 사람이 공유하고 있는 것이라고 한다면 우리들은 이러한 개인이 지닌 가치관을 새로운 가치관으로 사회윤리적 방향으로 나가야 할 것이다. 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 생식기술의 생명윤리 주제들이 있는데 태아임신을 위한 인공수정, 체외수정, 소위 말하는 시험관 아기, 난과 자궁대여, 대리모, 태아의 성선별, 수정난의 냉동보관, 수정난의 이종자관에 이식, 등 많은 생식기술들이 개발되고 또한 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 가축에 사용되었던 생식기술을 사람에게 적용해도 되는 것인가? 비배우자간의 인공수정은 간통이 아닌가? 또한 대리임신은 금전상의 사고파는 매춘행위가 아닌가? 대리모에게서 태어난 아기의 엄마는 누구인가? 가족관계의 애매모호한 난제들이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 국가의 법률이 그것을 강제한다면 공리주의의 자유론의 입장에서 사생활적 비밀에 속하는 부부관계에 국가의 법이나 사회가 간섭하는 것은 자유스러운 자기 결정권 존중에 역행하는 것이다. 그러나 선택의 자유는 일반적으로 사회적인 맥락에서 규정되어야만 한다. 선택의 자기결정권과 사회적 영향간의 인과관계는 동등의 지위인가? 불임증 부부가 생식기술로 아이를 가지게 되는 경우 기쁜 소식이 아닐 수 없지 않는가? 오늘날 사회적인 편견과 생식기술의 추진시비를 해소함에 새로운 사회생명윤리를 만들어 가야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Discussions on abortion and reproductive medical technology against artificial pregnancy oppose the law of regulation of the feast and insist on that injustice. However, it is confronted with the position that insists on the privacy of the state's compulsion. Therefore, the judgment of whether or not to be adversely disabled, not, or to select sexuality of men and women should be left to the values of the parties. But if human understanding, which is confined to conscious beings, is actually shared by many of us, we will have to go to social ethical directions with new values of these individuals. Most importantly, there are bioethics of reproductive technology. Many reproductive technologies such as transplantation and transplantation are being developed, and problems are also appearing. Can I apply the reproductive technology used for livestock to humans? Isn't artificial correction between non -spouses? Also, isn't pregnancy a prostitution that sells money on money? Who is the mother of a baby born from a surrogate mother? The ambiguous challenges of family relations are emerging. But if the state's law enforces it, it is to reverse the respect for free self -determination to interfere with the law or society of a couple in a couple's relationship with a privacy. But freedom of choice must generally be defined in the social context. Is the causal relationship between the right to self -determination and social influence of choice? If infertility couples have a child with reproductive skills, is it a good news? Today, we will have to create new social life ethics to resolve the fertilization of social prejudice and reproductive technology.
