머리양식은 동서양을 막론하고 사회 문화현상을 반영하고 개인의 이미지 형성과, 지각적 사고 전달과 조형적 변형을 통한 복합적인 미의식의 표현물이다. 본 논문은 한국 여성의 전통 머리 양식의 조형과 미의식의 특성을 찾기 위하여 한국과 서양의 쪽머리와 시뇽의 양식을 형태, 질감, 색채별로 구분하고 시대별 비교 분석을 통하여 조형미와 미의식에 관한 미적 특성을 도출한다. 한국 전통 머리양식중의 하나인 쪽머리의 미적 특성은 곡선적인 형태미이다. 서양에 비해 큰 기교 없이 단순하고 소박한 형태가 특징이며, 질감은 매끈하며 균제미를 이룬다. 서양의 머리양식처럼 머리 전체를 뒤덮는 장식이나 인위적인 색채를 사용하지 않았다. 미의식은 자율성․창의성․감성에 바탕을 둔 내적 아름다움을 포함하고 있다. 타 문화와의 융화적 미의식은 사회 환경에 따라 적응하는 절충적인 형태로써 영속적이며 새로운 집단과의 융화를 위한 미의식의 한 측면이다. 이는 거시적인 개념으로 개인에게 내재된 본능이 투영되는 미의식이다.
Abstract
The hair style, including the Eastern Western societies must reflect the cultural phenomenon. and it's a personal image formation, perceptual thinking, delivered through a complex aesthetic and plastic deformation is Representations of aesthetic. In this paper, Korea's traditional women's hair style and aesthetic characteristics of Korea and the West to seek jjokmeori and chignon form shapes, textures, and colors are separated, and a comparative analysis through periodical aesthetic beauty and aesthetic characteristics of are deduced. Jjokmeori form of aesthetic beauty is symmetry characteristic curved shape emotions and feelings expressed in the beauty. Hairstyles of Korea than Western and rustic simplicity, without great skill is characterized by the form, the Western form of the head, covering the entire head like a decoration or did not use artificial colors that are the basis jjokmeori. The concept of aestheistic is including inner beauty. This is inherent to the individual as a macroscopic concept of instinct that is projected to be within a certain period in culture and fashion acceptable hobby, symbols, and ways of thinking, behavior patterns, such as is the sense of beauty.
