초록

Background : The purpose of this study was to identify the levels of digital literacy, academic self-efficacy, and clinical competence among nursing students, to examine the relationships among these variables, and to determine the factors influencing clinical competence in order to provide basic data for strategies to improve clinical competence. Methods : A total of 150 nursing students from K University and H University located in K and K city were surveyed from April to June 2025. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 29.0. Results : The mean scores were 4.26 for digital literacy, 5.83 for academic self-efficacy, and 4.19 for clinical competence, indicating relatively high levels. Digital literacy showed significant positive correlations with academic self-efficacy(r = .418, p < .001) and clinical competence(r = .746, p < .001). Academic self-efficacy also correlated positively with clinical competence(r = .533, p = .001). Stepwise regression revealed that digital literacy(β = .619, p < .001), academic self-efficacy(β = .259, p < .001), and satisfaction in major(β = .121, p = .019) significantly predicted clinical competence (F = 82.78, p <.001), explaining 55.7% of the variance. Conclusion : To improve nursing students’ clinical competence, it is necessary to develop educational programs that enhance digital literacy and academic self-efficacy.
