특수학교 교사의 민감성 척도 구성 요인에 대한 관계 분석

초록

본 연구는 특수학교 교사의 민감성 척도 구성 요인의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 설문지는 적절성 10문항, 정확성 5문항, 즉시성 4문항, 일관성 3문항으로 모두 22개 문항이었다. 전국의 특수학교 교사 1,066명이 설문에 응답하였다. 연구의 목적 1에서는 확인적 요인분석을 적용하였고, 연구의 목적 2는 일원분산분석으로 수행하였다. 첫째, 특수교사의 민감성이 구동되는 구조는 적절성→정확성→일관성 또는 적절성→정확성→즉시성→일관성의 순서로 설명된다. 그러나 적절성 요인이 일관성 요인으로 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 경로는 아니었다. 둘째, 민감성에 대한 특수학교 교사의 장애 유형별에서 청각장애학교 교사가 타 장애 유형 특수교사와 비교하여 가장 많은 차이를 나타내었으며, 시각장애학교 교사가 상대적으로 가장 적은 차이를 보였다. 특수학교 교사의 민감성은 일정한 구조로 연계되고 있으며, 장애 유형별에 따라서 특수교사의 민감성은 상이하게 구동되는 특성을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 특수교사의 민감성은 장애학생을 위한 교수학습 지원을 위한 주요 요인임을 또한 제안하고 있다.

Abstract

This study was conducted as a research study to determine the relationship between the constructional factors of the sensitivity scale of special school teachers. For study purpose 1, confirmatory factor analysis was applied, and for study purpose 2, one-way analysis of variance was applied. The research results are as follows. The questionnaire consisted of 22 questions in total: 10 questions about appropriateness, 5 questions about accuracy, 4 questions about immediacy, and 3 questions about consistency. 1,066 special school teachers across the country responded to the survey. First, the structure through which special education teachers' sensitivity is driven is explained as appropriateness → accuracy → consistency or appropriateness → accuracy → immediacy → consistency. However, it is not a structure in which the appropriateness factor directly affects the consistency factor. Second, in terms of sensitivity, teachers at schools for the hearing impaired showed the greatest difference from special teachers for other types of disabilities, and teachers at the schools for the visually impaired showed the relatively smallest difference in sensitivity. In conclusion, the sensitivity of special school teachers is linked to a certain structure, and the response to sensitivity is driven differently depending on the type of disability. This study also suggests that the sensitivity of special education teachers is a major factor in teaching and learning for students with disabilities.
