일본의 소년 갱생보호시설 사례 연구

Abstract

The flow of treatment in society for juvenile delinquents in crisis has been transferred from compassionate protectionism to controlled, specialized judical welfare idealogy. Especially, japan has developed scientific judicial social welfare due to Yamaguchi active in juvenile court. The third sector judicial social welfare for juvenile delinquents in crisis in japan has developed through civil volunteers and as result socialization, specialization, persistence, de-bureaucratism and economic self-reliance of protection for them. Japan rehabilitation protection facilites with a long history for juvenile delinquents in crisis are operated by the governance of the volunteers, business parters, region society and government. CHEONJURYO of those rehabilitating facilities for juvenile delinquents which support employment through residential welfare, job training, corporate labor and identity assurance engagement to juvenile delinquents commissioned by a probation office provides positive implications for korean protection welfare for juvenile delinquents in crisis. Therefore, we seek developmental direction of juvenile protection welfare through CHEONJURYO in effect as a part of private – idea judicial social welfare.
