Abstract

In recent years, juvenile prisoners have become more prominent in sexual violence crime and drug crime. In this paper, I tried to study based on the statistics of working conditions for juvenile prisoners. In comparison with the recently discussed minimum wage, I analyzed the actual situation so that juvenile sentenced persons can be released to society in the future to maintain livelihoods and lower opportunities for recidivism. In addition, I investigated realistic conditions concerning working treatment such as related laws and work incentives for juvenile inmates at juvenile prisons. Based on this, I suggested the improvement plan. As a result of the analysis of relevant laws, the executive law examined Articles 73, 89, 90 and 91. In the analysis of the Enforcement Regulations for Punitive Enforcement Law, following examination of the text system, I focused on revising the text system. Analysis of the juvenile prison management guidelines focused on Article 6 and Article 11, and analyzed points to be improved respectively. For the benefit of juvenile prisoners, it should be linked to vocational training of useful occupations and a fair compensation system should be provided. It is necessary for the incentives for juvenile sentenced inmates to be upwardly adjusted to a realistic level so that the juveniles can be entrusted and settled in society. It is also necessary to seek ways to improve the treatment of juveniles and to link them with employment. For this reason, juvenile sentenced inmates should be able to use a part of their work income for their required use and to send a part of the month to their families. For some of the rest, it is necessary to use the savings fund system to provide the juveniles with juveniles at the time of release. After all, it is important to realize the treatment of the work, to prepare a large sum of money, and to ensure that employment is guaranteed in society after the release, thereby reducing the number of offenders. These modification policies are expected to bring a desirable outlook to the future of our society as well as their future. Therefore, it is meaningful to understand the improvement of working conditions of juvenile prisoners.
