Legal Protection of Inheritance Rights for Frozen Embryos in China and morality, and at the same time to harmonize the balanced relationship between personality interests and property interests, inheritance and disposal rights, individual rights and interests, and social welfare, as well as between the law and the development of technology. To this end, legislation should be improved by clarifying the legal attributes of frozen embryos, the right of inheritance and the time limit for transplantation; special committees should be set up, ethical review standards should be formulated and a monitoring mechanism should be established in order to strengthen ethical review; and public welfare campaigns should be launched to guide the public to rational cognition, so as to bring the protection of the right of inheritance of frozen embryos into the orbit of scientific norms.
