1939~1941년의 한국 여성에 대한 인식 연구 -아단문고 미공개자료총서의『신세기』잡지 내용분석을 중심으로-

Abstract

I tried to confirm the perception of Korean women from 1939 to 1941 through the "New Century" magazine of ‘the non-public materials series of Adan Publications’. By defining women as subordinate in family composition according to the traditional value system, Korean women' s rights has been infringed on human rights, equality rights, human rights, self - determination rights, and pursuit of happiness that women should enjoy. And according to these modern women's perspectives, Korean women recognize that they are independent from the patriarchal and male-centered society, and they respect for their individuality, and both men and women are equal . From 1939 to 1941, the content analysis of the "New Century" magazine revealed that the description of the concept of Korean women according to traditional women's perspectives is much more than the description of Korean women according to modern women's perspectives. This is because in the course of Japan's transition to the wartime system, everything related to the West and the modern era was denied and rejected, and this situation began to affect the colonies as well. In addition, since the ideological basis for accepting new values has not yet been established, the negative value of the traditional value system has also brought about a state of value confusion to the people.
