清季湖北名士王柏心的早期經世思想 ——以『樞言』、『續樞言』為中心

Abstract

Wang Baixin, a famous scholar from Hubei in the late Qing Dynasty, wrote various books in his life and was concerned about practical issues. During his assisting military affairs in the northwest China, he completed Shu Yan and a few years later wrote Xu Shu Yan, both of which are representative works of his thoughts on managing the country. The book of Shu Yan includes such as “Shen Yi”, “Jing Yi”, “Ze Shi”, “Xiu Yue”, “He Cai”, “Guang Yi”, “Ze Li”, “Yu Zheng”, “Jin Mo”, “Dao Su”, “Wang Yan”, “Zheng Yu”, “Xue Yu”, “Yi Xin”, “Liang Jiao” and “Bian Yan”, totally sixteen chapters below. Besides, Xu Shu Yan has nine chapters as follows: “Jun Chen”, “Xin Chen”, “Ming Shi”, “Guan Cai Ⅰ”, “Guan Cai Ⅱ”, “Mou Bei”, “Qi Du” and “Fang Chi”. The discussion of these two works involve policies, systems, talents, custom, learning, communication and other aspects. The relevant insights are introduced separately in this article, and the historical issues reflected are briefly described.
