‘산책’프로그램을 통해 살펴본 노인 심리운동의 가능성 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 노인심리운동을 통하여 국내 심리운동의 대상자와 활용 영역을 확대하고, 심리운동학의 인접 학문과의 연계 가능성을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 인간 발달 과정의 하나인 노화의 특징을 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이후 노년기 대상자를 위한 프로그램 중에 하나인 ‘산책’을 소개하고, 이 프로그램이 노인의 인지 및 감각의 상호작용이 ‘자아’, ‘물질’, ‘사회능력’의 분야에서 어떻게 활성화될 수 있는 지를 설명하였다. 산책은노인심리운동의 좋은 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있으며 이를 위한 다양한 활용방안과 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하며, 이는 이제 막 태동기를 거친 한국 심리운동학의 핵심적 과제이다.
Abstract
A purpose of this study is to expand recipients of domestic psychomotoric and application area through motogeragogik, and to explore a possibility of connection with related studies of psychomotoric. For this, this paper examines closely characteristics of aging as one of human developmental process dividing into physical, psychological and social aspects. "Stroll program" as one of programs for old aged people is followed and this paper also explains how recognition and sense of aged people could be activated in area of society, materialism, and social ability through "Stroll program", "Stroll program" could be utilized as a good program of motogeragogik and this study emphasized a necessity of systematic reseach about diverse ways to use the program. It is a core task of Korean psychomotoric just going through the inception period.
