본 연구는 산림치유에 대한 관심과 연구가 늘어나고 있는 가운데 산림치유의 기반을 다지기 위한 숲 경험(EF)에 대한 개념을 정립하고 그 척도를 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 심리운동적 관점, 철학의 현상학적 경험관, 산림치유 경험에 대한 문헌들과 자결성이론 등 선행연구를 바탕으로 62개 문항들을 구성하고, 전문가토의를 통해 유사문항을 수정 및 삭제하여 18개 문항을 구성했다. 그리고 전문가들과 함께 체계적이고 종합적인 평가과정을 거쳐, 숲 경험에 대표성을 나타내는 12문항을 구성하였다. 이 12문항 척도를 가지고 2014년 8월부터 2015년 10월까지 서울, 경기도및 충청도 지역 내 숲 관련 교육과정에 참여하는 사람들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 SPSS와AMOS를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. SPSS의 요인분석과 AMOS의 확인적 요인분석 결과 이 척도는 3개 요소-인지적 자유, 내적 동기, 인지적 유능감-로 이루어진 총 9개문항의 숲 경험척도이다. 이 척도는 숲 치유를 연구하는 연구자들이 숲 경험에 대해 정량적으로 측정하는 척도로 유용성을제공할 것이며, 마지막으로 산림치유 프로그램 개발과 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용가치가 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
It appears there are growing interest and studies in forest healing. This study aimed at setting the concept of Experience of Forest(EF) out from the outset and developing EF Scale to build up the infrastructure for forest healing. Based on abundant literatures about the viewpoint of psychomotor, the phenomenological view of experience in philosophy field, and the experience of forest healing and preceding researches such as self-determination motivation theory 62 questions had been made first and 18 questions were picked after modifying and deleting similar questions with experts‘s discussion. Lastly 12 questions representative of forest experience were chosen through systemic and comprehensive reviews of several experts. From August in 2014 to October in 2015 this 12- question scale were used for the survey to the people on the curriculum relating to forest in Seoul, Kyunggido and Chungchung-do and the data collected were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. In the result of factor analysis of SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis of AMOS the final 9- questions EF scale was made composing of 3 factors - Perceived Freedom(PF), Intrinsic Motivation(IM), and Perceived Competence(PC). As a quantitative tool, it is considered to be valuable for researchers who study about forest healing to calculate degree of experience of forest. Finally, it is expected the result of this study to be used as a basis for forest healing program development and operation.
