THE ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS’ SURVEY FOR THE CHANGE OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ TEACHING BEHAVIOR BASED ON SELF-REFLECTION

This study was conducted through students’ evaluation of 2 teachers’ change in teaching behaviors based on self-reflection over 1 semester. Pre-test and post-test about the change in teaching behaviors based on teachers’ reflection on the teaching for 1 semester were used, and the change in results Pre-test and post-test were statistically verified through paired sample t-test. Also the result of each question pre-test and post-test was examined respectively for a closer look at the changes. With the results of this study the implication of class improvement was deducted from the change in teaching behaviors of 2 middle school teachers’ reflection on the teaching for 1 semester.
