초등학생의 아동학대 경험이 학교폭력 가해경험에 미치는 영향 -인터넷 중독과 충동성의 매개효과 중심으로-

초록

본 연구는 청주시에 소재하고 있는 4개의 초등학교에서 322명의 6학년 학생을 대상으로 인터넷 중독과 충동성을 매개로 아동학대경험이 학교폭력 가해 경험에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이에 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관관계분석 결과, 신체적 학대, 언어적 학대, 정서적 학대, 방임, 일상생활 장애요인, 금단요인, 가상적 대인관계 지향성요인, 일탈행동요인, 내성요인, 인지충동, 운동충동, 무계획충동이 모두 정(+)적인 관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 정서적 학대, 방임, 금단요인, 무계획충동이 학교폭력에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경로분석결과, 인터넷 중독을 매개한 경로의 간접효과, 충동성을 매개로한 경로의 간접효과, 인터넷 중독과 충동성을 매개로한 경로의 간접효과, 아동학대 경험에서 학교폭력 가해에 직접효과가 즉, 모든 경로가 유의미 하였다. 따라서 학교폭력을 예방하기 위해 총체적인 프로그램을 구상하고 학부모, 학교교사, 사회복지사, 학교폭력전문가 등의 긴밀한 협조 관계를 구축하여 인터넷 중독, 충동성, 학대 등을 완화시키는 예방교육이 통합적으로 제공되도록 해야 한다.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effects of the students’ child abuse experiences on school violence behavior as mediated by internet addiction and impulsiveness. The subjects were 322 sixth year students in four elementary schools of Cheongju-si. The main results of the study were as follows. First, the results of correlation analysis show the positive (+) effects of the students’ child abuse experiences on physical abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, disturbance of adaptive functions, withdrawal, virtual interpersonal thought, deviant behavior, tolerance, cognitive impulses, motor impulses, and unplanned impulses. Second, the results of hierarchical regression showed the effects of the students’ child abuse experiences on their emotional abuse, neglect, withdrawal, unplanned impulses. Third, the results of path analysis showed that the students’ child abuse experiences had a direct effect on their school violence behavior. Indirect effects were mediated by internet addiction, impulsiveness, and by internet addiction and impulsiveness. In other words all paths were significant. Therefore, total programs are planned to prevent school violence. Integrative services should also be provided for elementary school children so that school parents, teachers, social workers, and experts on school violence can construct close collegiality.
