"This report presents the prosthetic rehabilitation of a 32-year-old male who sustained panfacial fractures and anterior tooth loss after a traffic accident. Despite reoperation following initial fixation, malocclusion and temporomandibular joint displacement persisted due to fibrous adhesions, limiting functional recovery. A one-year course of occlusal splint therapy stabilized the joint and improved occlusion, after which anterior implants were placed using digital planning. A key feature of this case was the application of screw- and cement-retained prostheses that maintained fixation while allowing retrievability, chosen in consideration of the patient’s age and preference despite severe bone loss where removable prostheses are typically indicated. Long-term splint therapy contributed to functional stabilization and supported favorable outcomes of the prosthetic treatment. This case highlights how combining digital implant planning with conservative occlusal therapy can provide predictable functional and esthetic rehabilitation in patients with complex post-traumatic deformities."
