본 연구는 부모의 애착외상 이해 향상으로 부모 양육 스트레스 및 아동 애착외상 증상 감소를 위한 부모교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 한다. 김창대 등(2022) 모형을 수정보완 하여, 본 연구에 적합하게 기획, 설계, 구안의 세 단계로 구성하였다. 기획단계에서는 프로그램의 목적을 설정하고 문헌연구를 시행하고, ARC 기반 부모교육 프로그램 개발 대한 부모 요구조사를 시행하였다. 설계 단계에서는 프로그램의 목적을 기반으로 하위목표를 설정하고, 이에 따른 중재모형을 개발하여 프로그램의 구성원리와 구성요소를 체계화하고 구체화하였다. 구안단계에서는 회기별 내용을 선정하고, 이를 바탕으로 예비 프로그램을 구성하였다. 1차 전문가들의 타당도 검증과 예비 프로그램 실시를 통하여 효과를 검증하고 개선점을 도출하였다. 이후 2차 전문가들의 타당성 검증을 통해 수정과 보완을 거쳐 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 애착외상 부모교육 전문 프로그램 개발이 미비한 상황에서 부모 개인 및 집단을 대상으로 애착외상 부모 치료 및 교육적 개입 목적으로 제공될 수 있다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a parent education program to reduce parenting stress and children's attachment trauma symptoms by improving parents' understanding of attachment trauma. Kim Chang-dae et al.'s (2022) model was modified and supplemented to fit this study into three stages: planning, design, and preliminary study. In the planning stage, the purpose of the program was set, literature research was conducted, and a survey of parents' needs was conducted for the development of an ARC-based parent education program. In the design stage, sub-goals were set based on the purpose of the program, and an intervention model was developed accordingly to systematize and specify the principles and components of the program. In the preliminary study stage, content for each session was selected, and a preliminary program was constructed based on this. The effect was verified through the first experts' validity verification and preliminary program implementation, and improvement points were derived. After that, the final program was developed through revision and supplementation through the second experts' validity verification. This study is significant in that it can be provided for the purpose of treatment and educational intervention for parents with attachment trauma, targeting individual parents and groups, in a situation where specialized programs for parent education on attachment trauma are currently lacking in Korea.
