경제 하부구조 관련 공기업의 해외투자에 대한 연구(2) - 해외 하부구조투자의 유형과 성격, 국적성의 문제 -

이 논문은 경제 하부구조 관련 공기업이라는 행위주체의 특수성이 해외투자에서 어떻게 구체적으로 전개되는가를 분석한다. 우리나라 경제 하부구조 관련 공기업 해외투자사업의 일반 특징을 진출지역, 사업유형, 진출 시기를 중심으로 살펴본 다음, 해외투자 유형을 자본투자를 동반하지 않는 전문컨설팅 유형, 자본투자와 위험을 동반하는 해외직접투자 유형과 에너지자원개발 직접투자 유형으로 구분하여 구체적인 사례를 토대로 분석한다. 그리고 하부구조 공기업이라는 행위주체가 갖는 특성 때문에 나타나는 국적성의 문제, 즉 진출대상국 입장에서 자본부족 해소와 종속의 문제, 자본수출국의 입장에서 민간자본과 관계설정의 이중성 문제를 검토한다.
Abstract
This paper investigates how the agent specificity of economic infrastructure-related public company proceeds in overseas investments. At first this paper examines general features focused on investment region, project type, starting year, and then analyzes overseas investments based on specific cases with three classifications which are composed of special consulting type that do not accompany capital investment, FDI type, and type of overseas energy resources development that go with capital investment and business risk. Finally nationality issues that is generated by agent characteristics of infrastructure public company are interpreted in perspective of duality which is financial pressure
