4차 산업혁명 시대에 기업은 다양한 기술로 산업 간 결합을 통해 새로운 비즈니스를 만들어가고 있으며, 혁신적인 업무에 클라우드 서비스를 활용하고 있다. 클라우드 서비스 시장은 지속적으로 성장하면서 그 서비스도 다양하고 혁신적으로 진화하고 있으나, 보험회사의 경우 보수적인 IT 운영으로 인해 퍼블릭 클라우드 서비스 도입이 다소 늦어지고 있다. 본 연구는 보험회사가 퍼블릭 클라우드 서비스를 도입할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 실무적 그리고 학술적 차원에서 탐색하였다.
Abstract
In the age of the fourth industrial revolution, businesses are forming new ventures by merging different industries and leveraging various technologies, including cloud services, to foster innovation. The cloud service sector is experiencing continuous growth, with its offerings becoming increasingly diverse and innovative. Nonetheless, insurance companies have been somewhat slow to adopt public cloud services due to their traditionally conservative IT practices. This study explored practical and academic considerations for insurance companies to consider when introducing public cloud services.
