본 연구는 보험회사의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 수용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 성장성과 수익성 하락에 직면한 보험사들이 디지털 전환과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용하는 의도가 분명히 나타났고 기술적, 조직적, 환경적 특성이 수용 의도에 영향을 미치며, 특히 클라우드 이용의 유용성과 사용 용이성 인식이 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 이는 보험회사의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술 수용에 대한 이해를 높이고, 이에 따른 전략 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the factors influencing the intention of insurance companies to adopt cloud computing. It was clearly observed that insurance companies, facing a decline in growth and profitability, have a distinct intention to utilize digital transformation and cloud computing technology. The study found that technological, organizational, and environmental characteristics impact the intention to adopt, with the perceived usefulness and ease of use of cloud computing being particularly important factors. The findings of this study are expected to enhance the understanding of insurance companies' adoption of cloud computing technology and assist in the formulation of strategies accordingly.
