노인복지관 종사자의 코로나19에 대한 인식유형 연구

본 연구는 코로나19 감염병으로 인해 노인복지관의 휴관이 장기화됨에 따라 향후 감염병 발생시 노인복지관 서비스 제공에 관한 정책적 제언이 마련되어야 한다는 인식에서 출발하였다. 본 연구목적은 노인복지관 종사자들의 코로나19에 대한 주관적 인식을 유형화하고, 유형별 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 Q방법론을 활용하여 노인복지관 종사자 24명을 조사하였다. 분석결과, 코로나19에 대한 노인복지관 종사자의 인식유형은 세 가지로 나타났다. 1유형은 ‘비대면서비스 확충형’으로 코로나19로 인해 복지관이 처한 상황에 맞추어 적극적이고 탄력적으로 대처하고 있다고 인식하였다. 2유형은 ‘전문인력 확충형’으로 복지관 내 상주하는 의료인력이 필요하다고 인식하며, 코로나로 인해 소독ㆍ방역ㆍ사무 등의 업무가 과중되었다고 인식하였다. 3유형은 ‘복지서비스 확충형’으로 노인복지관 휴관으로 인해 이용자들의 건강이 악화되고 위험에 처하는 취약계층 증가 등이 심각한 문제이기 때문에 이에 대응하는 복지서비스의 확충이 필요하다고 인식하였다.
Abstract
This study started with the recognition of the problem that it is necessary to provide policy suggestions for the direction of providing services to the elderly welfare center in the event of an infectious disease in the future as the facility for the elderly is closed due to the corona 19 infectious disease. The purpose of this study is to categorize the subjective perception of Corona 19 among workers in the elderly welfare center, and to understand the characteristics of each type. To this end, 24 elderly welfare center workers were surveyed using the Q methodology There were three types of perceptions of elderly welfare workers about Corona 19. The first type was the ‘non-face-to-face service expansion type’, and it was recognized that the welfare center was actively and flexibly responding to the situation faced by the welfare center due to Corona 19. The second type was ‘expert manpower expansion type’, which recognized the need for medical personnel residing in the welfare center, and recognized that the work of disinfection, quarantine, and office work was too heavy due to the coronavirus. The third type was ‘welfare services expansion type’, and it was recognized that it was necessary to expand welfare services in response to this, as the health of users deteriorated due to the closure of welfare centers for the elderly, and the increase in the vulnerable group at risk was a serious problem.
