지속적 경쟁우위를 달성하기 위하여 기업들은 경영혁신의 일환으로 e-SCM을 채택하고 있다. 이전의 공급사슬 관련 연구들은 공급망에서 핵심기업의 이득이 무엇인지에 초점을 맞추었고, 공급업자의 이득에 관해서는 관심을 기울이지 않았다. 본 연구는 공급업자의 성과에 초점을 맞추었고 이들의 성과와 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 모형을 제시하였다. e-SCM의 성과에 영향을 미치는 변수는 e-SCM의 통합이고 통합에 영향을 미치는 변수는 흡수능력과 정보기술 하부구조를 제시하였다. 제시된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 자료는 부산지역의 기업을 대상으로 하였다. 연구모형을 PLS를 이용하여 분석하였고 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 흡수능력 중에서 획득과 정보기술 하부구조는 e-SCM의 통합에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통합 중에서 물류통합은 운영효율성과 시장지식창출에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
To sustain competitive advantage, firm accepted e-SCM(e-Supply Chain Management) as managerial innovation. While prior studies have examined the benefits to network leaders from e-SCM, little attention has been paid to the benefits to supplier firms. This study proposed the model that Suppliers' of e-SCM achieve performance through e-SCM integration, e-SCM integration affects absorptive capacities and IT infrastructure. To achieve object of this study, I conducted literature review. Based on review, I developed self-report survey. I collected data in Busan area. To analyse research model, I conducted PLS (Partial Least Square) regression. The conclusion of analysis was as follows. First, Acquisition of absorptive capability and IT infrastructures affect e-SCM Integration. Second, Logistics integration is impact on operation efficiency and market knowledge creation as e-SCM performance.
