부산항 컨테이너터미널 배치형태에 따른 생산성 분석

본 연구는 부산항 컨테이너터미널 운영데이터를 기반으로 북항의 수평형 컨테이너터미널, 신항의 수평형 컨테이너터미널, 신항의 수직형 컨테이너터미널 간 단일요소 생산성(설비 생산성, 자본 생산성, 노동 생산성, 선박 작업 생산성)을 비교분석하였다. 분석결과, 수직형 컨테이너터미널이 생산성이 높을 것이라는 인식과 다르게 대부분의 지표에서 신항의 수평형 컨테이너터미널 생산성 지표가 높게 나타났다. 신항의 수직형 컨테이너터미널은 Y/T(S/C) 1기당 생산성, 1TEU 당 매출액에서 높은 생산성을 보였다. 이를 통해, 부산항의 반자동화 수직형 컨테이너터미널은 아직까지 생산성이 미흡하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 동 연구는 실제 컨테이너터미널 운영성과를 바탕으로 배치형태별 생산성을 객관적으로 측정하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
Abstract
This study compared and analyzed the productivity of a single element (equipment productivity, capital productivity, labor productivity, ship work productivity) between the horizontal container terminal at the north port, the horizontal container terminal at the new port, and the vertical container terminal at the new port based on the operation data of the container terminal at Busan Port. As a result of the analysis, unlike the perception that vertical container terminals will be highly productive, the productivity index of the horizontal container terminal at the new port was high in most indicators. The vertical container terminal at the new port showed high productivity per unit of Y/T (S/C) and high productivity in sales per TEU. Through this, it can be seen that the productivity of the semi-automated vertical container terminal at Busan Port is still insufficient. This study is significant in that it objectively measured the productivity by arrangement type based on the actual container terminal operation performance.
