한국판 아동․청소년용 초기부적응도식 척도의 타당화

본 연구에서는 한국판 아동․청소년용 초기부적응도식 척도를 타당화 하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적으로 영남지방의 10개의 초등학교(4, 5, 6학년 30학급)와 10개 중학교(1, 2, 3학년 30학급)에 재학 중인 2,029명의 청소년들과 155명의 비행청소년들에게 설문을 실시하여 타당도를 검증하였다. 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 요인구조를 확인한 결과 한국판 아동․청소년용 초기부적응 도식 척도는 11개의 하위 도식으로 묶어진 미국판 아동․청소년용 도식 척도와는 다르게 외로움․불신․학대, 취약성, 결함, 실패, 굴복, 가혹기준, 자기희생, 융합, 통제부족도식으로 이루어진 9요인 구조가 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 통제부족 도식이 외현화 문제행동을 예측하는 핵심도식이고 취약성 및 외로움․불신․학대 도식이 내재화 문제행동을 유의하게 예측하는 핵심도식으로 나타났다. 비행청소년 집단과 일반청소년 집단 간에 초기부적응도식 하위척도 9개 중 7개 하위척도(외로움․불신․학대, 취약성, 결함/수치심, 실패, 굴복, 가혹기준, 통제부족)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 한국판 아동․청소년용 초기부적응도식 척도가 아동․청소년 상담현장에서 초기부적응 정도를 측정하기 위한 타당한 척도임을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
This study validated the Korean version of the Schema Inventory for Children. Data were collected from 2,029 adolescents in 10 elementary schools(the fourth-, fifth- and sixth-year students from 30 classes) and 10 junior high schools(the first-, second- and third-year students from 30 classes), 155 delinquent adolescents from Yeungnam province. Confirmatory factor analyses yield satisfying fits for a 34-item Korean Schema Inventory for Children. Nine Early Maladaptive Schemas scales were found to have adequate reliability of the original 11 schema factors. Insufficient Self-Control was found to be a significant predictor of external behavior problems in adolescents. Vulnerability and Loneliness/Mistrust/Abuse were found to be a significant predictors of internal behavior problems in adolescents. Delinquent adolescents displayed a higher severity of seven maladaptive schema(Loneliness/Mistrust/Abuse, Vulnerability, Defectiveness, Failure, Submission, Unrelent Standards, and Insufficient Self-Control) as compared with normal adolescents. This study supported the use of the Korean version of the Schema Inventory for Children in counseling practice.
