신문기사 내용분석을 통한 아파트 주거 갈등양상특성변화에 관한 고찰

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the social interest of apartment life in the overall concept of residence and conflict, and to look at the changes in the phenomena and problems that occur in apartment life by era, in that it is required to improve the quality of life of residents along with the physical improvement of apartments. In order to analyze this, we will analyze the change trend through newspaper articles over the past 30 years to access residents who live the same life in a shared space from a community perspective and use it as a basic data for revitalizing community life in the future. Although this study was intended to set up analysis items on apartment life derived from prior papers and examine the changes in the aspects of apartment housing conflicts through the analysis of the contents of related newspaper articles, it is limited that the social issues of apartment housing environment according to the times were only compared and analyzed through newspaper articles at the time. Nevertheless, it is very meaningful to look at social phenomena and changes in perception using 30 years of quantitative data on the residential environment of apartments by period. Future research tasks will require in-depth research on resolving housing conflicts and revitalizing communities through analysis of the direction of revitalizing apartment housing environment and community pursued by residents.
