본 연구는 예비 교사들이 교육 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 갈등 상황에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있도록 소통 기반 갈등 관리 화법 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 교육적 의의를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교사의 소통 능력은 학생의 정서적 안정, 학습 동기 강화, 학부모와의 협력 관계 형성에 중요한 역할을 하며, 갈등 상황을 평화적으로 해결하는 핵심 역량으로 작용한다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 비폭력 대화(NVC), 적극적 경청, Thomas-Kilmann 갈등 해결 모델을 이론적 틀로 설정하고, 사례 기반의 실습과 역할극을 결합한 체계적 교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 프로그램은 총 15주차로 구성되었으며, 이론 학습, 갈등 상황 실습, 비언어적 소통 훈련, 교사 발화 분석, 학부모 상담 실습 등 단계적 접근 방식을 통해 실질적 소통 기술을 강화하였다. 연구의 결과, 본 프로그램은 예비 교사들이 학생 및 학부모와의 관계에서 신뢰를 구축하고 갈등을 해결하는 능력을 함양하는 데 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 교사의 직무 스트레스 감소와 교육 공동체의 협력적 문화 조성에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The study aims to develop and explore the educational implications of a communication-based conflict management speech program for pre-service teachers. Teachers' communication skills are crucial for fostering students' emotional stability, enhancing learning motivation, and building cooperative relationships with parents, while also enabling effective conflict resolution. Using Nonviolent Communication (NVC), active listening, and the Thomas-Kilmann conflict resolution model as its framework, the study designed a 15-week program combining case-based practice and role-playing. The program includes theoretical learning, conflict simulations, nonverbal communication training, teacher speech analysis, and parent consultation exercises. Results show that the program strengthens trust-building and conflict resolution skills while reducing teacher stress and fostering collaborative educational cultures.
