지역혁신협의회 활성화방안에 관한 연구 - 시군구 협의회 중심으로 -

Abstract

This paper is the devices to activate Regional Innovation Council(RIC). In order to attain these purpose, first examined the theoretical backgrounds on regional innovation and construction and function of RIC. In the second place, analyzed the operational problems and presented the devices to revitalize of RIC. The problems are the deficit of budget support, the local government don't utilize RIC usefully, the lack on expert knowledge of committee, the government-initiated operation, the ambiguity of legal position, the deficit innovative will and participation of committee. The devices to overcome these problems are the rational budget support of government, the choice of specialist related regional innovation, the security on legal position of committee and the role enlargement of RIC, the private-initiated operation, the heightening of innovation will and capacity of committee through innovation education, the spreading of innovation mood to residents and the enlargement of residents' participation.
