本研究は、「美容院の場面」におけるオーダー表現の使用実態を明らかにすることを目的とし、場面シラバス教材お よびインスタグラムのリール動画から発話資料を収集・分析した。分析の結果、場面シラバス教材では「〜てください。」 のような指示を表す表現が最も多く見られたのに対し、実際の「美容院の場面」では「〜たい」系など希望を表す表現が 最も頻繁に使用されていた。 「客が料金を支払い、美容師に依頼する」という行為は、美容師にとって当然性の高い依頼内容であるにもかかわら ず、実際の会話では、客は消極的な行動展開表現、理解要請表現、自己表出表現などを用い、場面に配慮した依頼 を行っていた。具体的な配慮表現としては、敬語表現、願望表現、情意表現、授受表現、言いさし表現、許可求め表 現、婉曲表現、可能表現などが確認された。これらの表現上の工夫によって、客は依頼を丁寧に行い、相手への配慮 を示していたといえる。
Abstract
This study aims to understand the usage patterns of request expressions in ‘beauty salon scenes.’ Utterances were collected, examined, and analyzed from scene-based syllabus textbooks and Instagram Reels videos. The results showed that while directive expressions such as ‘~te kudasai’ were most frequently used in the syllabus textbooks, expressions indicating desire, such as ‘~tai,’ were most commonly used in actual ‘beauty salon scenes.’ It is natural for a hairdresser to accept and act upon a customer’s request once a customer pays and makes a request. However, customers still employed expressions indicating passive, and it was found that customers enhance politeness and show consideration for the other party by using expressions of intention such as passive action-inducing expressions, understanding request expressions, self-emotion expressions, and ‘as if’ expressions through the use of honorific expressions, expressions of desire, emotional expressions, giving and receiving expressions, unfinished expressions, permission request expressions, euphemistic expressions, and potential expressions.
