This study examined the relationship among dance achievement, department adaptation and career decision of college dance students. The subject of this study was 273 who majored in dance at universities. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis, structural equation modeling were analyzed by SPSS & AMOS Window 18.0 program. The results were as follows; First, the dance achievement is partially influences on the department adaptation. Second, the dance achievement is partially influences on the career decision. Third, the department adaptation is partially influences on the career decision. Lastly there is a causal relationship between dance achievement, department adaptation and career decision.
