Abstract

Principles of the regulation reform in the field of women, families and youths are as follows. First, it is to abolish regulations that limit the competition. Second, it is to systemize complicated and entangled regulations. Third, it is to do away with unnecessary and surplus regulations. Fourth, it is to reform regulations for strengthening the competitiveness of industries. As the point of view, there are some important tasks of regulation reform in the field of women, families and youths are as follows. First, it is necessary to abolish the legal standards for private supporting institutions. Second, it is necessary to abolish the governmental qualifying examination for leaders & counselors for youths and the obligatory hiring by private youth establishments. Third, it is necessary to reform the redundant and surplus regulations between the institution on harmful contents to youth and media regulations. Fourth, it is necessary to abolish regulations that directly attribute burdens to industries. Fifth, it is necessary to abolish the governmental authentication of programs for youth discipline activities, because it is one of surplus regulations.
