본 연구는 유도선수들의 심리적 기술에 따른 스트레스와 스트레스 대처행동이 어떠한 연관성을 가지고 있는지 그리고 이를 토대로 효율적인 스트레스 대처방안에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ‘2016 추계 한국대학유도연맹전 및 한국실업유도 선수권 대회’를 참가한 유도선수들을 모집단으로 선정한 후 비확률 표본추출법 중 할당 표본추출법을 이용하여 350부의 설문지 중 신뢰성이 부족하다고 판단된 13부의 설문지를 제외한 총 337명의 자료로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 조사도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 위한 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 가설 검증을 위한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유도선수들의 심리적 기술은 스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유도선수들의 심리적 기술은 스트레스대처에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유도선수들의 스트레스는 스트레스대처에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to investigate The Relationship among stress and stress coping according to Psychological Skills of Judo Athletes. The initial survey target of this research wason 350 participants in the Fall Korea University judo league match on 2016. We let them fill out each questionnaire(cluster random sampling), but the final number of the surveyed was 337 after excepting those 13 surveyed people who were judged to unfaithfully respond or drop some of the question items. Then data were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling techniques using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. First, Psychological Skills on Judo Athletes had a positive influence on stress. Second, Psychological Skills of Judo Athletes had a positive influence on stress coping. Third, stress of Judo Athletes had a positive influence on stress coping.
