소년원학교 청소년들의 수용생활 기간 동안의 환경생리학적인 연구

본 연구는 소년원학교 여자 청소년들의 수용생활 기간 동안의 환경생리학적 변화를 알아보고, 향후 소년원생들의 심리사회적 적응과 정신건강 증진을 위한 치유 프로그램 개발에 활용할 목적에서 실시되었다. 소년원학교 수용생활 기간 동안 자발적으로 치료프로그램 참여 활동에 따른 적극적인 실행이 없는 약 18세의 여자 소년원생 8명을 대상으로 특별한 프로그램을 진행하지 않고, 3개월 전과 후에 동일한 조건에서 채혈하였다. 면역지표와 Red blood cell, Platelet, Hemoglobin을 분석한 결과, Red blood cell, Platelet, Hemoglobin 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소하였다(*p<.05). 이러한 결과를 통해, 소년원학교 여자 청소년들이 수용 기간에 활동의 제한과 심리적 압박 등으로 인해 스트레스와 우울이 매우 높아졌음을 알 수 있었다. 이들의 어려움을 해소할 수 있는 심리적 표현과 신체적 활동 등이 매우 필요하다는 점을 시사했다. 또한 소년원학교의 환경에 적응하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 신체, 심리 통합적 접근 프로그램 및 생리학적 검사 지표로써의 과학적 근거가 뒷받침되는 통합적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the environmental physiological changes of the female youths during their stay in the juvenile training school. The subjects of this study were 8 female juveniles. Red blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin were analyzed under the same conditions three months before and after no special program was conducted (*p<.05). These results suggest that juvenile females are highly stressed and depressed due to limitations of their activities and psychological pressure during the stay. We also suggest an integrated program of physical and psychological activities that can help them adapt to the environment and a follow-up study as physiological tests.
