연구목적: 환경경영 활동과 공급사 협력 활동이 환경성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 하였다. 아울러, 환경교육 활동과 의사소통 활동이 환경경영 활동과 공급사 협력 활동이 환경성과에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 논문구성/논리: 본 논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 1장에서는 본 연구의 목적을 개관한다. 2장에서는 이론적 배경 및 가설설정, 3장에서 표본의 설계 및 자료수집 방법과 분석에 사용할 측정문항 그리고 문항 타당화 과정에 대한 방법론을 기술하고, 4장에서 실증분석 결과에 대하여 논하며, 마지막으로 본 연구의 결론과 학문적·실무적 시사점을 제시한다. 결과: 환경경영 활동과 공급사 협력 활동이 환경성과에 긍정적인 영향력을 미침을 통계적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 기업 내에서 시행되어지는 환경교육 활동이 활발할수록 환경경영 활동이 환경적 성과를 더욱 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 의사소통 활동이 활발할수록 공급사 협력 활동이 환경성과에 미치는 정의 영향력을 감소시키는 결과를 얻었다. 독창성/가치: 기업의 크기와 산업을 통제한 상태에서, 환경성과에 영향을 미치는 내부적인 활동과 외부적인 활동을 실증적으로 분석하여 학술적인 이해를 높였다. 또한, 환경 교육과 의사소통의 조절변수 역할을 조명하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of environmental management and supplier cooperation practices on environmental performance. In addition, this study attempts to analyze the difference in the effect of environmental training and communication on these practices, and consequently, their impact on environmental performance. Composition/Logic: The paper is organized as follows. Section I introduces the study objectives and Section II covers the theoretical background and research hypothesis. Section III describes the methodology and Section IV discusses the results of the empirical analysis. Finally, Section V presents the conclusions of this study as well as the academic and practical implications. Findings: Environmental management and supplier cooperation practices have a statistically positive influence on environmental performance. In addition, as environmental training becomes more active, environmental management practices are more likely to improve environmental performance. Finally, the more active the communication is, the less is the effect that supplier cooperation practices have on environmental performance. Originality/Value: By controlling for firm size and industry, this paper has improved the academic implications through empirical analysis of internal and external practices that affect environmental performance. In addition, the role of moderating variables of environmental training and communication was examined.
