국내 사회적경제 네트워크 관련 연구 동향 분석과 과제

초록

국내 사회적경제 영역이 법과 제도, 지원조직을 갖추고 양적·질적 성장을 보임에 따라 사회적경제 영역에 대한 연구도 함께 성장해왔다. 특히 국내외에서 사회적경제 네트워크의 중요성이 커지고 이에 대한 연구도 늘고 있다. 그러나 사회적경제의 전반적인 연구동향과 관련한 연구는 아직 충분하지 않다. 따라서 새롭게 대두되는 사회적경제 네트워크 연구를 종합적으로 분석하고 진단하여 연구의 방향을 제시할 필요가 생겼 다. 본 연구는 ‘사회적경제 네트워크’와 관련하여 학술연구정보서비스를 통해 수집한 논문을 대상으로 하였 으며, 비체계적 문헌고찰 방법을 사용하였다. 학술분야로는 지역개발학과 행정학에서 가장 많은 논문이 발 표되었고, 학술지는 사회적기업연구에 발표된 논문이 많았다. 논문의 내용은 사회적경제 생태계 전반과 생 태계 조성, 사회적경제 네트워크의 활성화 필요성, 사회적경제 네트워크의 구성과 유형 분석·발전 방향 제시, 사회적경제 네트워크의 성과와 효과 등으로 분류할 수 있었다. 그러나 현장의 중간지원조직이나 사회 적경제 조직이 실제로 네트워크를 조직할 때 참고할 만한 협력의 내용, 조직화를 위한 노력 등 구체적인 네트워크 사례가 부족한 상황이다.

Abstract

Domestic social economy research has expanded since the domestic social economy has laws, systems, and support organizations, as well as quantitative and qualitative growth. The significance of social economy networks, both at home and abroad, is growing, as is research into them. However, research on the overall trend of the social economy is limited; there is a need to analyze and diagnose emerging social economy network research in order to provide the research’s direction. This study used a non - systematic literature review method to examine papers related to the ‘social economic network’ that were obtained from academic research information services. In terms of academic research, the most papers were published in the field of local development and administration, with many more published in the field of social enterprise research. The contents of the article might be grouped into the general social economy ecosystem, the necessity of reviving social economy networks, the composition and type of social economy networks, and the results and effects of social economy networks. However, there is a shortage of specific network cases, such as the contents of collaboration, to which intermediate support organizations or social economy organizations in the sector might refer while establishing the network.
