Abstract

This paper reviewed the rapid development of railway technology and changes in social trends, and a study on the improvement of the railway vehicle driver's license system, which has been in place for more than 10 years. This paper analyzed the safety personnel qualification review of unmanned train system, the qualification review of operation of remote control system and the improvement of driver's license system for connecting continental railways. First, the qualifications of the safety personnel for the safety of the unmanned train operating system are very deeply related to the reliability of the introduced train system. Second, it seems appropriate to introduce wireless control receiving system as it secures operational efficiency and safety through the development of high-tech. Last It is necessary to foster engineers with a high level of technical and institutional understanding in consideration of the linkage with the Continental Railroad. This should establish standards of competence for standardized train drivers agreed between countries.
