수술 후 재활사례를 적용한 시뮬레이션 연계 실습교육이 메타인지, 임상수행능력 및 학습성취도에 미치는 효과

초록

본 연구는 수술 후 재활 환자사례를 적용한 간호 시뮬레이션 실습교육이 간호대학생의 메타인지, 임상수행능력, 학습성취도에 미치는 효과를 분석하기 위해 시도된 단일군 전후 실험 연구이다. 본 연구의 참여자는 간호학과 4학년 재학생으로, 간호사례 중심의 시뮬레이션 실습교과를 수강한 79명을 대상으로 하였다. 수술 후 재활환자 사례를 적용한 간호 시뮬레이션 학습 전 메타인지의 평균 점수는 3.46점이었고 학습 후 3.51점으로 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. (t=-1.27, p=0.20). 본 연구의 메타인지 상위 그룹은 27명(34.2%), 중위 그룹 27명(34.2%), 하위 그룹 25명(31.6%)으로 분석되었다. 간호 시뮬레이션 학습 전 임상수행능력의 평균 점수는 3.50점에서 학습 후 3.77점으로 증가하였고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=-6.21, p<.001). 간호 시뮬레이션 학습 전 학습성취도의 평균 점수는 4.52점으로 나타났고 학습 후 8.49점으로 향상되었으며 통계적으로 매우 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=-15.49, p<.001).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects on nursing students' metacognition, clinical competence, and learning achievement following simulation based learning using a post-operation rehabilitation case. A quasi-experimental research design (one group pre-test and post-test design) was used in this study. The participants were 79 students in a college of nursing. There was no statistically significant increase in difference of metacognition between pre-simulation learning and post(t=-1.27, p=0.20). This study’s participants scored an average of 3.46 on metacognition and the scores of metacognition were increased to 3.51 at post-test. The participants classified as having high metacognitive ability were analyzed 27 students(34.2%), middle 27(34.2%), low 25(31.6%). There was a statistically significant difference in clinical competence(t=-6.21, p<.001). The participants attained a pre-test score of 3.50 and a post-test score of 3.77. There was a statistically significant difference in learning achievement(t=-15.49, p<.001). The participants attained a pre-test score of 4.52 and a post-test score of 8.49.
