식생모니터링 및 이용자 프로그램 개발 - 익산 소라산 자연마당을 중심으로 -

Abstract

A study was conducted to perform vegetational monitoring and to develop programs for users by age visiting the natural ground of Sora Mountain in Iksan City in an attempt to recreate the area into a vegetational and cultural space in which a vegetational network can be constructed by connecting the downtown, woods and marsh to prove that nature and man can coexist. The outcomes of the study could be summed up as follows: From the vegetational monitoring, it was found that artificial pumping is required to keep supplying the sanitation and marsh area with water and sewage. The waterside management area, on the other hand, is seen to have the environmental potential to give birth to a new vegetation since it is highly probable that new seeds may be germinated whereas the bumper management area seems to be a critical point for preservation and maintenance of the ecological resources once they are created. Volunteers expressed their will to take part in the voluntary work once or twice a month mostly for growing flowers. The sense of belonging to the community and voluntary participation are needed to help gain emotional and physical stability by developing the programs for each age such as infants, early children, youth, adults and senior people.
