월평공원 등산로 식재조사를 통한 공원관리방안

월평공원은 대전시 갑천의 수생태계와 도솔산의 육상 생태계가 연결되어 보존되는 ‘도심속의 생태섬’이라 할 수있다. 현재의 월평공원은 산책과 등산 등의 형태로 많이 이용되고 있어, 식생파괴 및 토양침식의 주 원인이 되고 있다. 그러나 도시공원 관리적 측면에서는 도심속의 생태섬이라 할 수 있는 월평공원에 대하여 생태적이고 전문성 있는관리는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 월평공원의 주요 등산로를 중심으로 등산로 훼손현황 등의 실태조사 및 관리방안을 제시하였다. 먼저, 등산로 효율적인 관리를 위해서는 훼손이 심화되고 있는 구간의 경우 등산로의 추가적인 훼손을 막고, 훼손된등산로를 정비, 복원해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 노면정비, 주변훼손지 복원, 주연부 식생복원, 각종 부대시설 설치 등 검토와 배려가 필요하다. 특히, 일부 등산로는 휴식년제 도입으로 생태적 안정화가 이루어질 수 있도록 복원방향을 설정할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
Wolpyeong Park is an ‘ecological island in the city' where aquatic ecosystem and land ecosystem of Gapcheon in Daejeon are well preserved. Local residents are often used in the form of walking and mountain climbing at Wolpyeong Park. So, vegetation destruction and soil erosion are problematic. It is ecological island in the city center, but ecological and professional management is insufficient. In this study, we surveyed the actual conditions of major trails in Wolpyeong Park. The findings of our survey are as follows. First, in order to manage the trail, it is necessary to prevent further soil damage of the trail and to restore and repair the damaged trail. To do this, it is necessary to design road surface maintenance, restoration of surrounding debris, restoration of vegetation of main part and installation of various facilities. Some courses should attempt ecological stabilization by introducing sabbaticals.
